About the Author:
Josh Green is an emergency doctor on the Big Island of Hawaiʻi. He served two terms as a Hawaiʻi State House of Representatives, before being elected in 2008 Josh was elected to the Hawaiʻi State Senate where he now serves as the Vice-chairman of the Health Committee.
